Here is a realistic run-through, tuned for a group of 6 to 12 people arriving Friday and leaving Sunday. Nothing is mandatory — it is a framework that works because everything is within walking distance.

Friday — arrival & first night

4 PM Arrival at Le Caïman (standard check-in: 4 PM). Park the cars in the heated indoor garage — from here on, nobody touches the wheel for the rest of the weekend.
5 PM Reunion drinks at the #1104 penthouse (11th floor): the panoramic view over Quebec City doubles as an improvised reception room.

Bar Le Sacrilège (447 rue Saint-Jean, Saint-Jean-Baptiste neighbourhood) is a rue Saint-Jean institution since 1992 — a genuine neighbourhood bar, open daily from noon to 3 AM.
